What if the weather is not good for our photos?
The weather in Southern Utah can be a little bipolar at times. I remain willing to shoot in the rain, and snow, as well as reasonable wind speeds, but if inclement weather interferes with your booking, I will gladly reschedule your shoot. If we can't manage to reschedule you will receive a full refund.
When should I book my shoot?
I always suggest at least a month in advance on standard sessions, 6-12 months on weddings and events, and 3-4 months on Zion Experiences.
What if something comes up and I have to cancel or reschedule
I understand that things happen and plans change. Text or call as soon as something changes. Cancel up to 72 hours before your shoot to receive a 80% refund. Or you can reschedule at no charge, provided there is an open date that suits your schedule. If you cancel after 48 hours I cannot issue a refund, but I will do all I can to fit you in and reschedule your session.
Call or Text me ASAP! Your session time will be cut short if you are late, or depending on my current schedule, you may be able to extend your shoot by adding time at a rate of $100 per 30 minute increment. For this reason I encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your shoot at the designated location. Please be aware that during spring, summer, and fall, Zion is very busy and you are more likely to deal with unexpected delays. If I do not hear from you and you are 15+ minutes late from the start time, the session will end and your retainer will be forfeited, no exceptions. Time is valuable for you and for me, so please be respectful.
What if you are running late?
The average turn around varies by session type. On average expect to get a sneak peek 5-7 days after the session. Bigger events and experiences may take up to 4-6 weeks to get all the finished photos to you. If you need them sooner you can always pay my expediting fee of $100 to get them by your desired date.
